Throughout the year 2023, Bogotá stood out as the epicenter of internationally renowned events, hosting a total of four gatherings that set the tone in various areas.

In May and June, the city hosted the impressive SMART CITY EXPO BOGOTÁ, an event that explored technological innovations for the construction of smart cities. Following this, in June, the 4th PEACE CITIES AND TERRITORIES FORUM brought together experts and leaders committed to promoting peaceful and sustainable urban environments. The city continued its role as a host in June with the prestigious WOMEN DELIVER CONFERENCE AMERICAS, an event dedicated to promoting gender equality and women’s health. Wrapping up the year on a high note, Bogotá welcomed the P4G COLOMBIA SUMMIT in September, solidifying its position as a platform for discussion and action in support of sustainable development and global collaboration. These events not only underscored the importance of Bogotá on the international stage but also positioned the city as a reference point for reflection and action on key issues for the future.
